Successful transport services depend on fully trained, knowledgeable and confident human resources. GEMMS has developed holistic, detailed training programs for each category and level of the operational staff, including Drivers, Ground Operators, Supervisors and Administration.

 

Capacity Building

GEMMS develops client resources and builds professional capacity in Client Organization, by targeted and systematic transfer of know how. This is achieved by classroom sessions, workshops, on-the-job training, coaching, job rotation, performance assessment, etc. In several occasions, GEMMS has created permanent skill value within client environments and numerous junior staff have evolved in true transport professionals, creating a wide network of “GEMMS Alumni”, following international careers around the world. ​
